Home Run Cass!

Today, was an OK day.

Went out at 11 in the morning today and collected my spare specs. I get so friggin' pissed whenever I lose my specs. I have to keep squinting whenever I watch TV or use the com. It's really annoying.

Afterwards, headed over to Cass's house to get my maths done. But who'd figured that I left my maths homework at home. (FYI: I didn't do that on purpose. I know that's what you guys are probably thinking but its not.) So in the end, we ended up chilling in her room watching Naruto. Haha. Productive eh?

Got "ushered" out of the house a few hours later so we could escort her sister to the train station and then we went to the Populars@Yishun to get her sister's textbooks. Walked around a bit. (Gosh, Northpoint is so tiny...) Then headed back to the larger expanse of Causeway Point. Oh! I finally bought my sister a birthday gift. Lol. The first one I ever bought for her throughout her 16 years of existence. Definitely a memorable day! Even she got suspicious.

"You sure you buy one?"
"Yes I'm sure."
"You SURE you buy one?"
"Of course. Do you want the receipt?"
"You REALLY SURE you buy one?"
"..."

I got her a nike squirt bottle to replace the fake one she has which doesn't even "breathe" after you squirt water out of it. You know... When you have those bottles, after you squirt it, doesn't it like, let some air flow back in so there's enough pressure to squirt out more water? Well her fake one didn't do that. You had to manually unscrew it and let air in. There. I got her a present. She should be happy!

Oh! And another memorable thing which happened today was that, Cass finally came over to my place! Lol. You might think this is strange. (For all those who just know me for a year.) It's a long story and I won't bother to explain it. So she came over for the first time since 5 years! We spent around an hour and a half trying to dig out the remnants of what she could do for maths to help me with my long overdue homework. She had dinner over at my place and had just left not long ago.

Overall a nice day. Albeit a little tiring. Damn, school starts again. And I've a presentation to make. And I've to make handouts. WHY. I don't think I need handouts...
